''From the Cradle to Enslave'' is the second EP by English extreme metal band Cradle of Filth, and first release following their 1998 studio album ''Cruelty and the Beast''. It contains two original compositions: the title track and "Of Dark Blood and Fucking". The rest of the disc consists of cover versions and a re-recording of a track from the album ''Dusk... and Her Embrace''. The album was recorded during a period of upheaval for the band, with Gian Pyres and Nicholas Barker leaving prior to its release (Pyres would return for the recording of ''Midian'') and Stuart Anstis and Les Smith departing the band soon afterwards. The EP was reissued in 2012 by The End Records.〔http://theorderofthedragon.com/notes/Cradle_Of_Filth_To_Release_Eight_Album_Reissues〕 == Promotional video == "From the Cradle to Enslave" was the first of Cradle of Filth's songs to have an accompanying music video. The video was directed by Alex Chandon, who also directed the 2001 horror film ''Cradle of Fear'' in which Dani Filth starred and the rest of the band appeared in cameos. The music video features explicit images of nudity and gore and was released in two versions, one edited and one unedited. Both versions can be found on the ''PanDaemonAeon'' DVD. The video contains a reference to the Cruelty and the Beast cover art, when a woman is seen emerging from a bathtub filling with blood. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「From the Cradle to Enslave」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
